Bedford-Stuyvesant Facade Renovation

This restoration to the sagging façade of a row house allowed us to increase the house’s efficiency with improved insulation and weather sealing. By removing everything on the facade down to the wood frame, we were able to install new energy-efficient insulation, weather-resistant Hardie Board siding, and all new window trim and a custom cornice that respected the building’s historic design. The result is an eye-catching design with a modern interpretation to the house’s 19th century roots.
