Rear Addition + Roof Deck

A rear addition to this historic Fort Greene brownstone allowed my clients to transform their cramped ground floor into a welcoming pied-a-terre with a new, light-filled kitchen, for their college-age daughter. We created a rood deck over the new extension, and an adjacent glass-paneled deck, with direct access to the backyard – a welcome amenity, especially during a pandemic.
